I have been very fortunate to have been to so many different places including Aruba, Grand Cayman, and Hawaii. On vacation, I love to remain active. This includes hiking, working out, playing golf and swimming.
I was born in Huntington, West Virginia even though at the time my parents lived in Ohio. This happened because the hospital in Huntington happened to be the closest one. After living in Ohio for a few years we moved to Ashland, Kentucky. Then in 2012 we moved to Salem, Virginia. “Sometimes success is disguised as hard work,” according to S. Truett Cathy. I love this quote because I believe it’s true and I believe in working hard. At Andrew Lewis Middle School in Salem in eighth grade I received the highest award possible. This award is given to the student that displays the most kindness, high academic achievements, and participates in a lot of extracurricular activities. This award also comes with financial support for when I go to college. This is my first year at North Cross and I came from Salem High School. I came to North Cross to enhance my education and athletics. A goal of mine at North Cross is to get as close as I can to a 4.0 GPA. Another goal is to win a lot of state championships. In life a goal of mine is to be the best husband and father that I can be. A quote that I really like that I just found is by Jessica Ennis-Hill. “The only one who can tell you ‘you can’t win’ is you and you don’t have to listen.”
