The most interesting and most exciting thing I have ever done is going to an Animal Park located in South Africa and petting a fully grown lion along with baby cubs as well.
I am from a place called Pretoria located in Gauteng, South Africa with a mother who is Zulu and a father who is Tswana. I moved to North Cross in2022. I came to the US to be seen and have a better chance and opportunity for sport (soccer) for better education and better career options. A quote I go by daily given to me by my mother is “the ball is in your court”. I am a mixed culture namely Zulu and Tswana but classified as a Tswana and know how to speak five different languages out of eleven different South African languages and interestingly know how to say at least a sentence in each language. The reason I am classified as a Tswana is because South African culture is based on what their father is classified as. An interesting fact is that you are able to be part of a culture without knowing how to speak the language but have relatives in the family that are part of the culture. I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember. Before eighth grade I grew up having to play soccer with neighborhood friends at a park or the side of the road as well as school soccer that would only take place once a year for three or four months. In eighth grade I was able to get chosen to play for my first official soccer team. A quote I go by daily given to me by my previous coach is “Do not stop when you are tired, stop when you are finished”.
