Nikheel Sherigar ‘25 holds a yoga pose during Symposium 2025, taught by Kelly. Kemper, a well-known yoga instructor in our community. The class was a very popular choice in this year’s symposium; the students wanted to relax and take a break from the other classes. She has been offering the class for at least five years, and has multiple children that have graduated from North Cross. “I loved everything about it. The stretching felt really good and wasn’t that bad to do.” Sherigar said. “I think Ms. Kemper was a great instructor. She was very good at explaining every one of the poses that we were supposed to do. Her voice at the end of the class mixed with the soothing sounds and the dark might’ve been one of the most relaxing moments I’ve ever had as well.
