Nadia Hosny is a Spanish speaking soccer enthusiast who loves to hang out with friends and skate in her free time.
“Not many people know this about me,” Hosny said, “but I am interested in sneakers and shoes.”
She spends some time each day on sneaker websites and finds shoes that she likes.
Usually Hosny travels to Bolivia yearly to visit her family.
She plays soccer for VBR Star and the Raiders.
Hosny plays soccer most nights a week and has games on the weekend.
“It helps me relax,” she said, “and it's a fun way to spend time with my friends.”
In the future Hosny wants to continue with her soccer pursuit for as long as possible.
Meanwhile, in Hosny’s second year as a Raider, the sophomore enjoys electives like journalism and art.
“I've really enjoyed my time at North Cross so far,” Hosny said, “and I’m looking forward to the future”
On the soccer field Honsy plays midfield, “I like midfield,” Hosny said, “because it allows me to play offensively and defensively.”
A few summers back in 2018 Hosny’s soccer club took a trip to Iceland, and Hosny guest played for the number 1 ranked team in the country for her age group.
Hosny loves listening to music, she likes to incorporate music into her art. In art class, her favorite type of art is abstract.
